CDL Driver Placement
- Basic Screen to Needs Placement (BSN)
This driver will be strictly screened to meet all clients’ hiring criteria. Screening process will include verification of CDL and prior employment check. Client responsible for background and final acceptance and training. $1,500
- Owner Operator Placement (OOP)
Driver meets same criteria as BSN. Equipment will be 1998 or newer. $2,750
- Driver Orientation Program (DOP)
A two-day program designed and tailored to inform, train and indoctrinate your newly hired drivers into the needs and culture of your organization. You provide appropriate space, we provide the rest. Program includes welcome and history on your company, general safety presentation, hours of service presentation, defensive driving presentation, customer relations presentation, bill of laden discussion, team work presentation, health plan presentation, OS&D procedures, recruiting and retention presentation, dispatch presentation and corporate tour, class size does not matter. This is a professionally prepared and presented program. $925
Assessment Visits
Our Assistance Visit is a visit to your operations/terminal locations to assist in problem solving activities. We research your needs. Then we work directly with you to understand your mission and your operation problems. During this visit we observe and interview your staff. We note deficiencies, strengths, and weaknesses and provide a full written report of findings and suggestions for improvement.
- Corporate Assessment Visit (CAV)
A two day visit focusing on the entire operations process based on your mission statement. $990
- Dispatch Assessment Visit (DAV)
A one day visit focusing on your dispatch department, procedures, staff and drivers. $475
- Morale Assessment Visit (MAV)
A one day visit focusing on morale of your entire operation from top management down to cleaning staff. $475
- Retention Assessment Visit (RAV)
A one day visit focusing on the retention needs of your organization. We focus on why good employees are leaving—locating the source—and offering recommendations. $475
- Personnel Assessment Visit (PAV)
A one day visit focusing on your existing staff. We determine if they are properly trained, properly suited for their duties and determine if they are an asset or liability to your company. $425
